Produced by a group of authors, who include people who are not typically winemakers, but wine store managers, and therefore know very well what people value in wine. The winemaker from Masroig has received advice and assistance of the recipients of this wine, in order to create a custom wine. The result is an excellent white wine.
Grape varieties
100% white Grenache.
Elaboration
Fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and subsequent step, aged in 400 litre French oak barrels whit batonage for 6 months.
Selection of barrels more fresh and fruit.
Tasting notes
Colour: straw, transparent and very bright, golden hues.
Nose: hints of pineapple, grapefruit, white flowers, light brown, ash ... very cool and sharp.
Tasting: powerful first impression and noble, nice expansion, again almost a fruit acid, glycerine and honey to evolve, just as persistent and very sweet.
Pairing
Suitable for rissotto with mushrooms and parmesan, rice, baked chicken with pine nuts...
