Wine making
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, by the carbonic maceration process. The ageing takes place in new French oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Colour: bright cherry with possible precipitations which do not affect the sensorial qualities of the wine.
Aroma: comfiture fruit.
Palate: fruity, soft and velvet flavours.
