Produced by a group of authors, who include people who are not typically winemakers, but wine store managers, and therefore know very well what people value in wine. The winemaker has received advice and assistance of the recipients of this wine, in order to create a custom wine. The result is excellent.
Ageing and grape varieties
12 months in French oak, traditional fermentation, and combination of old and young Grenache and Carignan. Presented in austere burgundy bottle.
Tasting notes
Nose: fruit, spices, tobacco, currant, soil.
Palate: robust, with young tannins, balsamic, slightly mineral, with slow tearing.
