Following huge demand!!! People wanted a meat based arroz dish and Just Married have managed to come up with a fresh rabbit and artichoke rice speciality. In fact this recipe has a history of its own: during their long and wakeful nights, shepherds and hunters devised a comforting and hearty dish, seasoned with local herbs, such as rosemary and thyme. This dish went down in history! As this is an arroz dish from the mountain regions, Just Married endearingly refers to it as an “inland” arroz (terra endins).

Ingredients:

Water, Delta del Ebro rice, artichoke, rabbit (filleted), chicken, white wine, onion, carrot, leek, olive oil, celery, parsley, salt and pepper, bay leaf.

Allergy information:

Contains celery. May contain traces of sulphur.

Tin: 790 g / Accompanying rice: 170 g / 2-3 portions

Preservation:

Store in a cool dark place.

Preparation:

Open, enjoy the aroma and empty the contents into a small pan. Heat until it comes to boil. Next add the rice, turn down the heat and leave to cook during recommended time, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and leave to rest for a couple of minutes according to taste.
