Wild mushrooms soup (a type of mushroom called "fredolics" in the Pyrenees), cooked with fried onion and garlic. It is a very typical dish in mountain areas. This type of mushroom is collected in pine areas with the first cold, hence the name ("fred" means cold in catalan). Highly nutritious and complete starter.

• Preparation & presentation tips. Heat in microwave or over low heat adding, if necessary, a little water. Can be served with ham, bacon and sauteed mushrooms. You can also add a ratatouille of vegetables and garlic toast.

• Ingredients: "fredolics", "carboneras", a mixture of cultivated mushrooms, onion, potato, garlic, sunflower oil, olive oil, salt and water.

• Storage conditions: sterile product. Room temperature in a cool dark place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and eat within 4 days.
