Food can awaken and evoke the strongest and most sensual emotions. At Just Married they are aware of this and decided to create their most sophisticated and astounding dish yet and call it our ‘dish of the year’. Opting for a lobster arroz was easy, for it is quite simply spectacular. See for yourself - invite some guests over but don’t let anyone see the empty Just Married tins. Technical sheet
Ingredients:	Water, lobster, Delta del Ebro rice, crab, spider crab, tomato, prawns, onion, olive oil, sunflower oil, butter, white wine, bread crumbs, sugar, salt, garlic, almonds and parsley.
Allergy information:	Contains gluten, almonds, seafood, fish and milk products. May contain traces of sulphur.
Net weight:	Tin: 850 g / Accompanying rice: 115 g / 2-3 portions
Preservation:	Store in a cool dark place.
Preparation:	Open both cans and savour the smell of the contents. Once you’ve enjoyed this pleasant initial surprise, very carefully empty into a small casserole, first, the can that contains the lobster, followed by the can that contains just broth; in this way you will avoid the lobster splashing. At this point we recommend you take out the lobster, leave it to one side and then put it back in again for the last 5 minutes cooking time. As soon as it comes to the boil, add the rice from its container and leave it to cook for 16 minutes over a low flame, stirring from time to time. Turn off the heat and leave to settle for a couple of minutes, according to individual preference.
