Recaredo Rosé Brut Nature is a completely dry cava, with no sugar added for sweetening. Style and differentiation. A clear personality with a dry, lively and appetising nature. The combination of small red acid fruits gives a hint of mystery and meditation.

Vines
Produced exclusively from two small vineyards on Recaredo's Cal Mota estate (Sant Sadurní d'Anoia-Torrelavit), in the Alt Penedes, in loamy soil texture and calcareous soil. Harvesting is carried out manually and all the vines are reared without the use of herbicides or insecticides, to respect local biodiversity and the environment.
Production notes
This cava's colour is obtained by macerating the grape must and skins over the course of six hours. Wines matured in oak barrels for two months represent 19% of the blending. The entire vinification and production process is carried out in our cellars. The second fermentation and in-bottle ageing are carried out using natural cork stoppers. Remuage is carried out manually in racks and disgorging by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle.
