For lovers of pure sensation, we have created a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée, a 100% first pressing as is always the case in the Drappier house, but with no dosage. In fact no liqueur d’expédition (sugared liqueur) has been added. All that remains is the natural residual sugar amounting to 2 grams per bottle. In addition, the use of an absolutely minimal quantity of sulphur gives the wine total freedom to express itself. The original Champagne, a natural pleasure.
